Our Pediococcus acidilactici J9 is a strong vegetable lactic acid bacteria acid- resistant and heat-resistant made from purified korean traditional soybean. We could identify Pediococcus acidiactici J9 through molecular biological methods. We analyzed 16S rRNA"fs base sequences over the molecular biology methods and compared the homogeny using NCBI"fs BLAST program over the selected lactic acid bacteria and concluded the 99% of homology was matched with 16S rRNA. Therefore it was clearfied as a Pediococcus acidilactici and dominated as Pediococcus acidilactici J9 We completed upon a patent discovering the better femantation of foods, because of controlling pH when we co-cultured Pediococcus acidilactici and bacillus. We produce PEDILAC which activate intestine, ATO WIN which improve skin disease, I'm Baker which is fermentation additive for baking, Beauty meal which is alternative meal, Procell-E which is feed additive increase livestock immunity, and Procell-N which make wastewater purify.
